Design and Engineering

After analyzing the needs of our clients, Curtis Stout A/V’s team begins the design and engineering of the appropriate system. The engineering department also begins preparation for drawings, layouts, and schematics.


Systems Integration

Once the project managers have coordinated all the equipment schedules, installation timelines, deadlines, the in-house work of testing, connecting, programming, and cabling begins. Once the in-house work is completed, it is time to go to the project site to commence the installation and integration process.


End-User Training, Documentation & Customer Service

Upon completion of the systems installation, Curtis Stout A/V’s industry-certified technicians will provide training and post-installation education to aid navigation through the new system. Complete diagrams and signal flow charts are also provided for in-house archives for the future use of the client.
